"....The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne, and great authority...........and to exercise his authority for forty-two months."

The anti-Christ IS NOT GIVEN the 'arrows' for his bow until AFTER the Church is raptured, at which time the 'wrath of God' phase of the great tribulation begins.
