Dear Doves,
Hosea 6:3
"Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. His going
forth is established as the morning; HE WILL
COME TO US LIKE THE RAIN, LIKE THE LATTER and
former RAIN TO THE EARTH."
Joel 2:23
"Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in
the Lord your God; For HE HAS GIVEN YOU THE FORMER RAIN
FAITHFULLY, and he will cause THE RAIN
TO COME DOWN FOR YOU - the former rain,
and THE LATTER RAIN IN THE FIRST MONTH." (The
"first-month" of the Hebrew Spiritual
Year is the spring-month of Nisan.)
James 5:7
"Therefore, be patient, brethren, until THE
COMING OF THE LORD.See how the farmer waits
for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently
for it until it receives the early AND LATTER
RAIN."
These Scriptures describe the Lord as the 'latter
rain" coming for us (rapture) in the "first
month" which is Nisan.
Now that we know the rapture will occur in the
spring-month of Nisan, we can work on
determining which day it will occur. I believe that it
will occur on the Day of Palms, Nisan 11,
to commemorate the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the
colt of a donkey, to fulfill the prophecy. and was
greeted by a "great multitude" holding
"palm branches". That was the 'true
beginning' of the Church, even before the Day of
Pentecost which we now call the 'official
beginning' of the Church.
