Thank you for your kind
words. I
think it is great to be able to discuss different points
of view on the rapture without hostility or without
taking offense. I
read your commentary with great interest for there are
very few Christians who believe that the first four
seals have already been
opened like you and I do, let alone who believe like I
do-- that ALL the seals have been opened with the
exception of the sixth seal.
This means that I believe
that after the opening of the first 4 seals the others are opened
out of sequence, which makes my position even
more of a solitary one. 
I must tell you that since I
believe Revelation is an historical overview or survey
of all of man’s time on this earth, I
believe the first four seal were opened very early on in
the history of man (for man has been experiencing
tribulation since he left the garden), rather than after
95AD as you believe.
For instance Satan (1st
seal) was released in the garden, and he has
been rebelling against God by waging war against His
saints since then just like our Lord said he would. The first
seal is still open and Satan’s actions will be ongoing
till the end of the age. Likewise, the actions or events
named in the 2d, 3rd, and 4th seals are ongoing till the
end.
Also, I believe the
saints will be here when the events of the first 6
trumpets happen under the 7th seal for this
is not the wrath of God. Because I see these
events paralleling or having similarities with the
plagues God inflicted on the Egyptians prior to the
exodus of the Israelite, and during that time God kept
the Israelites from experiencing the same things as the
Egyptians.
Therefore, I believe that
the saints will be kept from experiencing some of the
plagues, etc., predicted to happen when those trumpets
are blown. I
believe that right now, the next events to be fulfilled
are the revealing of the anti-Christ to the saints and
the sounding of the first trumpet, though not
necessarily in that order.
I understand that your
position is pre-trib.
I would call mine last trump/pre wrath, meaning
that when the 6 events/trumpets under the 7th
seal are completed, the last trumpet will sound and we
will be gathered with our Lord in the air then. Simultaneously, there will
be the cataclysmic earthquake then that will signal the
opening of the 6th seal with the pouring out
of God’s wrath (the bowls) on this earth.
I do agree with you that our
Lord has intervened in all the major events that you
mention in your letter, that is the persecution of the
saints in the middle ages, World War II,
the expansion of the Muslim religion, etc. or we wouldn’t
be here.
