ObamaCare repeals constitutional protections

The most dangerous part of ObamaCare is that it gives the government broad new powers to intruseively regulate peoples lives...... George Orwell 1984........
it precedes the nationalising of any and every corporation or business.....

It reminds me of the 13th amendment outlawing slavery. The whole point of the 13th admendment was it repealed the 10th amendment which limited the powers of the federal government....... up until that time the federal government had very little authority inside the several states.....

A number of court cases have been decided using the 13th amendment allowing the govt to do whatever it wanted to the states.......

Obamacare could be allowed by the court because of the 13th and subsequent amendments.
