God speaks to us in dreams. That does not mean every dream is prophetic! Most dreams are a God-designed process where the brain reprocesses information in highly symbolic language. Something happens in the dream-state which allows us to make better decisions after we "sleep over it." Yet, for the believer we can renew our minds through reading His Word and through worship in the Spirit. In the Book of Acts it specifically says, "Your old men shall dream dreams." I am not an old man and many of God's people; both male and female, in a variety of age groups have had the Lord speak to them through dreams.
"Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, "Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
"And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy." Act 2:14-18
Spirit on all flesh, some of the attributes of that outpouring are, "sons and daughters who prophesy," young men shall see visions," and old men who dream dreams." A dream does not have to be a dream in the traditional sense of the word. It can be an idea, plan, conceptualization or concepts. The point is that the "dream," was inspired by the Lord. The Bible says that, "The spirit of a man is the candle of the Lord." This means that in the area of human consciousness, emotions, thoughts and dreams, that the Lord can and will inspire us. That is why we use the expression that he or she is or was inspired!
The neurological pathways in the brain can be lit up like a Christmas tree. Thoughts, ideas, inspiration and creativity in art, science, industry and business, can bring us intellectual and creative capital, that is worth more than gold, because, it produces gold. In America and the rest of the world, we have deliberately dumbed down our students with Pavlovian-style, operant conditioning, borrowed from the former Soviet Union. This new educational theory, or social engineering, is promoted by groups like the Gates Foundation, demands that we overwhelm our students, with useless Left Brain dominance, which shuts down creativity, questioning and innovation.
Since we are in the last days, and God is pouring out His the neurological pathways that create innovation, creativity, invention, questioning and imagination. These neurological pathways or modalities of thinking are America's greatest natural resource. Its value infinitely surpasses the value of oil.
Communist China is painfully aware that their educational system cannot produce individuals who can invent, create and innovate. Unlike America, China recognizes that the ability to create and innovate, is worth, hundreds of trillions of dollars. China is developing a new educational system, built on the earlier American system, before our students were deliberately dumbed down, through social engineering. Ironically, while America is in an economic crisis, our educators produce non-thinking robots in the mind control factories of modern education, where the goal is not to educate, but to indoctrinate.
 
 In the second half of Acts Chapter, there is a transition into the Tribulation Period where, "the sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood." During this Tribulation Period God is giving the people who dwell on planet earth one last opportunity to call on the name of the Lord and be saved, before the Second Coming of the Lord. This especially true for the nation of Israel, as they will be given a final opportunity accept their Messiah
CRYING OUT TO GOD FOR WISDOM FOR GOD'S PEOPLE
As many of you know, I have spent the last decade crying out to God and seeking His face, about what was coming upon the earth and nations. I have been asking God for prophetic insight into things like economics, government, science, education, political science, revival, evangelism, prayer, spiritual warfare, nutrition, religion, a Third Great Awakening, sound doctrine and Bible prophecy. I have been asking God for specific answers on behalf of God's people in terms of preparedness, financial planning, what practical things they can do, resources, jobs, where to live and how see a last days soul harvest, world evangelism, revival, spiritual warfare and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Christian world has a number of financial-planners who are best-selling authors. The best of these financial planners know how to integrate their financial planning with an understanding of the coming one world economic system, like the late Dr. Larry Burkett. These Godly-financial planners, teach their clients Biblical principles like, "As long as they continued to seek the Lord, they continued to prosper!"
These prayers have led me into intensive study of God's Word and countless hours of research into historical precedents, economics, war, science, technology, medicine, resources, building up immune systems, DNA, transhumanism, left and right brain dominance, political and economic theory upon which nations are built, current events, intelligence, Bible prophecy, miracles and the power of the Holy Spirit.
I was crying out to God as I often do, just before I began to drift into sleep. I had a series of dream-like images, which could only be described as a prophetic movies in which I was in that state of consciousness somewhere between being asleep and wakefulness. However, I would describe this dream state as a dream in which I was partially aware that I was dreaming
SERVANTS OF SATAN WHO COME TO KILL, STEAL AND DESTROY - YOU WILL RECOGNIZE THEM BY THEIR SYMBOLS
In the dream I was watching mile after mile of both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The tide was going out, representing a very powerful force. The tide water's were carrying away the finances, retirement, assets, property, pensions, investments and everything Middle Class people owned. The tide was pulling out to sea everything they had and families were being left homeless, destitute and robbed of everything they had worked for over the years.
However, in the dream I realized that this tide going out was not a natural tide or the result of natural circumstances. Fathers and mothers were weeping and hear broken as they watched everything they had being swept out to sea. But, in the dream the Lord told me that this was not the result of normal economic circumstances, for the tide represented the global economic system. The Lord explained that this tide was deliberately created by international bankers to rob the people of all their assets, because the tide swept the economic resources of the people into their banks and hands.
It is important to grasp the full spiritual dimension of the global economic system which is morphing into the coming one world economic system, that will soon be headed by the False Prophet. In this economic system, the people who are on the earth will not be able to buy or sell without a microchip or biochip implant that will be the mark of the beast. The symbols that the international bankers have used for centuries are occult symbols. For example, the Luciferian pyramid on the back of the dollar bill, with the all-seeing eye of Lucifer. There are literally dozens of major multi-national corporations and financial companies who use subtle varieties of the all-seeing eye of Lucifer in the pyramid.
Even before the Rothschild banking family, international banking interests were controlled from the time of ancient Babylon and the Tower of Babel. Thus they are Illuminati-controlled. They control the world system of finances like Pharaoh controlled the Hebrew slaves. However, God is going to send a Deliverer for His people!
The tide represented economic forces that the bankers created for the purpose of enriching themselves and stealing from the Middle Class by devaluing their currency, pensions, stocks, homes, retirement, savings and everything they owned. Although, the creators of the outgoing tide claimed that these were natural cyclical forces, or climate change, they were lying to the people, because the tide was created to steal everything they had and leave them in a state of total dependence and helplessness, where they would willingly give up all their freedoms and everything they had in order to be able to eat and have a roof over their heads.
The Illuminati-controlled banking interests have announced openly that they are going to transfer the wealth of the Middle Class all over the world and transfer trillions of dollars from the Middle Class to Third World nations under the subterfuge of social justice. The reality is that the wealth redistribution is designed to create a New World International Financial Order with a Luciferian elite ruling the new slave-class.
In the dream, when the people were absolutely broken and starving, uniformed workers walked across the water towards the people, coming from great ships. They offered the people minimal amounts of food and supplies, if they would sign away all their freedoms and become slaves to the bankers. Once they were slaves, they would work in the great factories and machines of the elite bankers for the rest of their lives to further enrich these banking families.
PROPHETIC SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY OF THE RESOURCES YOU NEED
But then in the dream the Lord showed me that as the tide was going out and taking everyone's homes, money and resources, that there were large rocks and cliffs on the beach and while the tide was going out, that water was pouring back in these enclosed areas. In fact, not only were the financial resources, investments, retirements, jobs and pensions flowing back in to these large pools of water. But, enormous surpluses of money, funds and actual wealth transfer were pouring back. in ever-increasing measure. The Lords word in Malachi 3:10, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out such a blessing that there will not be room to receive it."
This in-flow of water and the financial resources it represented could not be controlled by the world system. However, only those who were truly seeking the Lord were able to see and find these secret tributaries of in-flowing water which contained all the financial resources and more for God's people to prosper despite the wicked schemes of those in control of the world system's finances. The Lord was answering my prayer and revealing through the dream, that those of His people, who are open to Him and truly seeking His face, will be led to secret tributaries of divine resources. Even in the midst of economic chaos, they will have the funds necessary to build, invest, plan and finance the spreading of the Gospel, with plenty for themselves, of which they are to share their surplus with the poor.
This begins with a willingness to make God's priorities your priorities! Winning souls is very high on God's list. You invest in that and you will have both rewards down here on earth and in heaven! I am continually baffled by watching Christians whom God has blessed; spend all their money on indulging themselves. It's not that they should not be able to enjoy God's financial and material blessings, they should. But, so often they quickly forget, "It is God who gives the power to get wealth." So often they give and tithe to be recognized by other men and women in their churches. In essence, their giving becomes a means to achieving status and not to worship God.
I will never forget standing next to Bill Bright, the Founder of Campus Crusade for Christ, when he was speaking to a group of true Christian financial planners in Orange County. Bill Bright was raising money to reach a billion souls for Christ. He challenged the financial planners to encourage their clients to really seek God and give financially to those ministries who were being faithful to win people to Jesus Christ. Bill Bright was not preaching a "health and wealth Gospel!" Bill Bright explained that if they truly taught their clients to put the Kingdom of God first, that their client's wealth would be multiplied along with God's blessing on it. Bright continued to explain, that God would continue to increase their clients wealth as they were faithful to finance winning souls to Christ.
Interestingly enough, many of those clients soon became incredibly prosperous. But, their Godly-financial planners continued to advise them to increase their investment in winning souls. Those who were faithful to continue to increase their giving, to finance effective evangelism were blessed like modern-Solomon's. What Bill Bright was passing on to these financial planners and their clients, is that, "It is God who gives the power to get wealth!" The men and women who embrace that truth, and acted on it, ending creating highly profitable corporations, businesses and business ventures
