Given a mouth, could be in reference to being elected: the start date. His entire duration is 42 months. He will die (3And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death) and resurrect (and his deadly wound was healed):with the spirit of Apollyon.

unto the image of the beast)] I believe the image means representation-meaning the physical body, of said person who had 42 months prior speaking great things.
15And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
The beast is none other than the beast from the bottomless pit. He is named: Apollyon.
Rev 9:11And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
(remember there's only two beasts: beast from sea (which I believe is the bottomless pit, bottomless means abyss, abyss means deep as in sea), and beast from the earth. Apollyon therefore is the beast from the sea.
It is Lynn Marzulli's contention that Semjaze who is mentioned in the book of Enoch as being one of the fallen angels who came down and had relations with the daughters of men and also taught them things, is one and the same as Quetzalcoatl, and in my opinion Apollyon as well.
