Colossians 3:10-12
"and  have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Gentile nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all. Therefore, as the elect of God. holy and beloved...."
 
The verse you quoted say's there is neither gentile, jew, barbarian, slave etc, in the new man, which is the image of Him, the Creator.
perhaps you were a barbarian, but not now I hope.
