On the question of the 2300 days as stated in Daniel 8:14, and your question about Ron Reese's timeline.  I counted back from Sept 23, 2015 2300 days and came to June 6, 2009.  I hope that's right.  On that date, Barack Obama met with Prince Charles and O gave a speech at a  D-Day memorial event.  I do remember seeing them together on tv that day and pondering it, since Prince Charles may be a key figure in the end times.  I tried to do some more research to answer your question, but couldn't find anything definitive.
