Hi Brother Michael, Of course you are correct, I failed to include the scripture you included in your post. I wish I had done so because the issue wasn't so much of the various covers but the topic of the APRON itself I was in the process of discussing and it's relationship to the Masonic Order of which various family members belonged. You are absolutely correct and thank you Michael for bringing me back to the whole topic of the covering. And, I do stand to be corrected on making it sound like it was not the skin of an animal but the fig leaves when in fact; the fig leaf came first, then the animal skin. Wonder if there is a prophecy in that last sentence? You know...the fig tree that produced nothing in comparison to the Lamb of God that did it all. So, perhaps, it was the skin of a Lamb as first stated, after all??? As always Michael, you are an astute scholar. Thank You________________________Doves, I believe it was about a week ago or so that the discussion came about of God scrificing a lamb to make an apron for Adam and Eve. Well, we know it was not the skin of an animal but fig leaves that provided that covering, which they made for themselves. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. (Genesis 3:7) ....Michael Colunga (23 March 2012)
