Electron Storm: The number of energetic electrons in Earth's outer radiation belt is significantly elevated according to analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab.
And remember Tohoku experienced -
The first major foreshock of a 7.2 MW event on March 9 2011.
Oaxaca Mexico experienced an earthquake on March 22, 1928 of magnitude of 7.7. 
 
Is Mexico in for a catastrophic earthquake?
