Once you understand what the meaning  of the phrase "after those days" is referring to in Hebrews 8:10 you can then understand what the meaning of the phrase "after the tribulation of those days" in Matthew 24:29 and the phrase "in those days, after that tribulation" in Mark 13:24 and the phrase "in those days there will be tribulation" in Mark 13:19

 

Hebrews 8:8-10

"Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah --  For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel AFTER THOSE DAYS, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."

 

So now you can see that the phrase "AFTER THOSE DAYS" in Hebrews 8:10 is referring to "AFTER THOSE DAYS" of great tribulation in Israel ---

 

Therefore, "after those days" of tribulation in Israel, which are shortened and cut short by the rapture of His elect Church; the Lord will make a new covenant with Israel so they also may have the opportunity to obtain salvation before the Second Coming of the Lord. The new covenant is not made with Israel UNTIL "AFTER THOSE DAYS".
