The fact that Leviticus 25:9 states "Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day OF THE SEVENTH MONTH.on the Day of Atonement." tells us right there that it is speaking of the Sacred Spiritual Year beginning with Nisan as month #1 and Tishri as month #7.

 

The trumpet is to be sounded on the Day of Atonement of the 49thYEAR proclaiming the next Sacred Spiritual Year - beginning Nisan 1 to be the SACRED FIFTIETH YEAR JUBILEE.

 

When the Jubilee Year is announced on the tenth day of the seventh-month in the 49th year there are still five months to go until the fiftieth year begins on Nisan 1.

 

There are 49 years in the Jubilee cycle. the 'fiftieth year' Jubilee Year is really year #1 of the nexy 49 year Jubilee cycle.

 

The Year of Jubilee runs concurrent with the Hebrew Sacred Spiritual Year beginning on Nisan 1 of the fiftieth year following the 49th year in which it is proclaimed on the tenth day of the seventh month.
