After Israel was established as a new Nation on May 14, 1948 there has been only one Jubilee Year 1967. Look what 'big thing' happened that year. God's holy city of Jerusalem and the temple mount were returned to the possession of Israel as a result of the Six Day War in June 1967. There were a tetrad of blood-moon eclipses on Passover and Tabernacles in the years of 1967-68.

 

The next Jubilee Year, scheduled by God in Leviticus, will begin in the year 2016. What 'big thing' will happen that year? There are a tetrad of blood-moon eclipses scheduled on Passover and Tabernacles in the upcoming years of 2014-15 immediately preceeding the Jubilee Year 2016.

 

This will be the second, and last, Jubilee Year within the  seventy-year anniversary of Israel's re-birth on May 14, 2018. The next Jubilee Year, scheduled by God, will be in the year 2065.
