"Gerlinda re:Aprons"

Thank you for your kind words, Gerlinda.

I am heartily sick and tired of the multiple attacks on the Founding Fathers. They are not here to defend themselves, BUT THEIR WRITINGS ARE! I can think of no better way to undermine this nation than to persistently and consistently slander and denigrate the Founding Fathers and to corrupt and re-contextualize the heritage of their writings.

If Washington were able to return and witness what has been made of and done to him, he'd be nauseated. Yes, he stated that he was a mason, parenthetically adding that he'd spent all of three hours of his life in a masonic lodge. He didn't seem to take it too seriously. Washington never saw Washington DC. NYC was initially the capitol. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to find the history of the paintings depicting Washington laying the cornerstone of the capitol. I think it's a fraud, early PHOTO SHOP. If he could see the heretical and scurrilous Apotheosis of himself on the capitol dome, he'd be livid. And if he could see the half naked statuary of himself, he'd be more livid.

Few know that Washington kept a prayer journal. He prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. I keep one of his prayers for the nation permanently posted on my front door. End of case!

If we go to the state constitutions, we will find the essential Christianity of the nation explicitly defined. The federal Constitution confines itself to prohibiting the establishment of a national religion. Why?

The initial ConCon was comprised of men of multiple denominations, all of whom were familiar with religious persecution and state religions. In one room were assembled Episcopalians, Baptists, Congregationalists, Presbyterians, Quakers and Lutherans, to name a few, all of whom were fearful of the establishment of a state religion. They took the only possible route to ensure protection for all!

I do not find it surprising that Satan was present at the very founding of the nation, not to mention ever since. And, as to Washington's possession of masonic memorabilia, again I am not surprised. STUFF from all sorts of sources is presented to powerful men by the boatload.

Maranatha,

Bob
