I just read the post re: Two Reasons for Not Being Destroyed by Watchman Nee

Abigail~ You are a sister in the LORD like me, so I send you blessings of Love and Peace and Faith in our Savior Jesus Christ.

 

With regards to the letter by Nee, who clearly from His writings has the mark of a faithful saint, I say this in response to his writing.

 

If we are not to love ourselves then why does the Scripture say,

 

“You shall love your neighbor as yourself…”  -Yeshua Matt. 22:39

 

Jesus said this was the second greatest commandment!

I would take Him-whole heartedly- at His perfect Word.

 

And as you know the greatest commandment is to “LOVE the LORD your God with your heart, and all your soul, and all your mind.”

-Yeshua (Matt 22:38)

 

I am nearly 40 years old and have spent too much of my life not loving myself as God loves me which led down

many painful paths.  And I grieve over the years that I “lost” not loving myself as God loves me, and I had not much to give to others because of that.

 

I am on a blessed journey of healing and I am experiencing fruitfulness in my own life that flows out to all the people God would have me minister.

Take some time today to LOVE the union of God+you in your whole self!

How can anyone possible “hate” the creation of the Master Potter, you are His marvelous and precious work body, mind, soul, heart, and spirit.

The whole package, Your are His child!!!  As you bless your family members, friends, and for those whom you pray…remember to bless yourself

In the Mighty and Holy Name of Jesus Christ our LORD!  Anoint yourself with Holy Oil, beloved friends!

 

Any time we get the equation wrong, we forfeit God’s best for us!

 

Yes, we lay down our lives for our friends, yes we take up our “cross”, and yes we LOVE ourselves as Christ LOVES us!!

 

The LORD tells us in Isaiah 14 that Satan’s problem was not self love, it was putting himself above God.

There is a huge difference!

 

Did you know God loves Himself with an ardent Holy Love that we can only begin to fathom?

How much does He love you and want you to abide in that LOVE-all in all!

Spirit of God reveal Your Truth to Your Body who is precious and loved, amen!
