Hi Mike....All I can say is "Wow!" about your amazing letter.  John Tng has begun this website for like-minded Christians.  Actually, I prefer to call us "believers" or "followers of Jesus Christ", etc. because I can't relate to most people today who give themselves the label of "Christian".  And if you read all the 5 Doves letters each day for a short while, it changes you.  It's like being drawn into a comfortable home where everyone is free to discuss whatever they want...and to unburden themselves from things that have been painful.  We all understand because in one way or another, we have all been there.  Off the top of my head I remember a poem I read many years ago:

I walked a mile with gladness..
She chattered all the way...
I never learned a thing from her
For all she had to say.

I walked a mile with sorrow...
And ne'er a word said he..
But, oh, the things I learned from h! im
When sorrow walked with me.....

And that's the truth of life, I believe, because it's been a fact of my journey.  This is a very old poem from a book published before 1948...so I don't think the author will sue me for messing up a word or two.  I don't remember the author....but it's never left my head.  Nobody's life is easy....and when you become a believer, it becomes more intense....and the learning never ends.

As we get closer to our time of departure, one way or another, more of God's plan is being revealed to us.  "Church" is not supposed to be a building make of wood and bricks.  It's composed of all of us!  Each one of us is very individual....and very necessary for the completion of the others.  Each one of us has a little of the total picture.  So, we compare, we argue, we research.....and finally we get to the truth.  Some love mathematics, some love the skies and stars and heavenly signs.....and t! hen some have a Jewish heart which pulls us together into the "whole" of God's family.  Then there are those who are moderators of the whole gathering....John and the 5 Doves.  They can print, or publish whatever they choose....but when everything is put down, it's PERFECT!!  Someone has a "blue" day....and then they read someone else's "blue" story, and it's OK!!!  We all understand.....not everyone knows everything, but all of us know something.  Each something is important to the whole, no matter how small it is.

We don't need anyone with a theological degree telling us what we should learn.  The Holy Spirit is responsible for that....and I believe He is accomplishing "church" assemblies right here.  "Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."....Matthew 18:20.  Besides, Hebrews 10:25 is the scripture all "pastors" use to get us to come to a church building every week......BUT they! never remember the end of that verse..."as ye see that day approaching! ."  They never teach prophecy...and most of them today teach wrong doctrine.  And a lot us us, like me, have been wandering around looking for others like us....until we found the 5 Doves site.  Now we're at home, finally!!!

Sorry, I'm always long-winded....but it feels good to get it out!!
