"For Frank
Molver...re: Ola..."
Hi "Brother" Frank...I love your sense
of humor!! I think sometimes when we get older.....much
older....we tend to think of anyone under 50 being still a
"kid". I never thought of this until recently when I
developed a friendship (from a distance) with a man I enjoy
talking to. A short while back he began referring to
me as his "girlfriend" (I thought I had forgotten how to
blush....wrong!). Here I am, pretty much around Psalms
90:10 definition of nearly a completed generation....and I get
called a "kid"!!!! I'll take it!! He's 82....I'm a
bit younger, but not much!
Anyway, I think the problem is with some of the "young'uns" is
that they don't know the difference between "spirit" and "soul"
salvation. I found a pretty good article that can explain
away a lot of the OSAS arguments! . Depends upon to which
aspect of salvation one is referring. (I hope this link
opens):

Piece of the above link:
And, going to more specific thoughts concerning salvation, the
preceding would equally apply to not only the salvation of the
spirit
but the salvation of the soul as well. Within the structure of
this
foundational framework, the salvation of the spirit (the
salvation
that we presently possess) is realized at the very beginning of
the
six days; but the salvation of the soul (a salvation occurring
at the
end of one's faith, or as the goal of one's faith [1 Peter 1:5,
9]) is
an on-going process and is to be realized only at the end of the
six
days, on the seventh day.
Thanks again, Frank, for the injection of humor....
YsiC,
Arlene
