II Thess.2:9-12 warns us...."Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, (10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. (11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: (12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

Some feel, as I do, that the chemtrails are being put into place as a giant projection screen.  Another theory is that the chemtrails may obscure the view of wh! at is going on in the planetary sphere.  Maybe it's a combination of both.  There are many other theories, all of which may involve the reason for them....but at this time my focus is the "signs and lying wonders".  IF we are aware of the possiblity of this being done, we cannot be deceived.  If we know how God works by reading His word(s), then our faith in Him will protect us from all of this....
