And ! then, you never did tell us who you were talking about.  John?  Which one is he?  Is he the "Two olive trees" or is he the "two candlesticks" standing before the God of the whole earth." See Rev.11:4.  The two witnesses ARE "the two olive trees AND the two candlesticks".  I think that definition may be found in Zechariah chapter 4.  The Book of Revelation and the Book of Zechariah are the only two books that contain these definitions together. Maybe those chapters tell us conclusively.  Otherwise, I'm stumped!!  Elijah, or Moses with some stretch, might be two "olive trees" but Enoch, not so much.  There was no "Israel or Jew" in his day....and he certainly doesn't qualify for a "candlestick" (church) either. (See Rev.1:20).  And then, neither Moses nor Elijah qualify for the "candlestick" part.  So this requires more research instead of getting stuck on what preachers have been saying for years.

"There is nothing secret that shall not be made manifest;..."  Luke 8:7   Do you really think just 2 (two) people are going to be a witness for BILLIONS of people?  God must judge people who take the "mark" through what these witnesses say.  Two people for billions???  If something doesn't make sense, maybe there's another explanation.  Maybe?
