I can't find the original information on this from years ago, so i'll assume it has been edited from the internet. The original claim for the reason for the contrails was that the chemicals/ dust- aluminum oxide, whatever, was for the national defense system. The claim was that they needed this stuff in the air to make their missile defense system work, their doppler radar, and holography. It's kind of like an MRI machine needed aerospace metal to work and see with. Resonant Radar High Altitude Imaging System, or something like that.Plus the added benefit could be that we proles die off and they can realize their Utopia.
