Although it's not in the proverbial "ring of fire" what's the chance that if you include the New Madrid
area as the 4th corner you get a parallelogram?  Wonder if that is significant.  This is at least a
possible consideration by the government since it has been planning for such near there.   And if HAARP
is anywhere involved it might be possible.
