Ezekiel 38:1 And
the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man,
set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief
prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3
And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against
thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 4 And
I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I
will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and
horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour,
even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of
them handling swords: 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with
them; all of them with shield and helmet: 6Gomer, and all
his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters,
and all his bands: and many people with thee.
"And I will turn
thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws,"
When I see Putin
pulling his troops out from Israel, I shall be very
excited, knowing that rapture is at any moment. Rapture is
the hook God puts on Putin, to turn him back, to march
against Israel again. This time Putin has Iran, Turkey,
Libya and many nations with him. This is the hinder part (
the second wave of attack ) in Joel 2:20, known as the
battle of Gog/Magog. To see how near the rapture is, we
need to focus on Israel and Putin's move. Here's my
perspective by putting the three shepherds war, almond
tree prophecy, and the first wave of attack from Putin
together.
Because of the US Iran war, Israel is battling with
Hezbollah in Lebanon. >From Zechariah 11, Lebanon is
the first country to battle with Israel. This battle shall
spread to Bashan/Golan Height ( Zechariah 11:2 ). Jordan
is the last country ( Zechariah 11:3 ) to join this battle
after KIng Abdulah II is assassinated by his own people (
Amos 2:1 ). At the climax of this three shepherds war,
Putin shall jump in to join these three shepherds. Based
on the almond tree prophecy in Jeremiah 1, the gathering
of the evil force in the north of Israel should be this
winter. God cuts off three shepherds in one month (
Zechariah 11:8 ). Seeing the loss in this attack, Putin
begins to pull his Russian forces out from that region.
All of sudden, God calls His church home!!! This is the
hook God puts on Putin, to draw him back to Israel. Alas,
the battle of Gog/Magog finally happens. This is the
hinder part in Joel 2:20, known as the second wave of
