Dear Garry,
Thank you for your accurate observation. If we are to believe there still is some amount of time left for Daniel's prophecy to fulfil, there of course has to be something to be fulfilled.
I think at least one aspect in the prophecy is still unfulfilled which is the "sealing up the vision and prophecy" since Peter specifically says at the First Pentecost that:
Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:Acts 2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
This is a reference to Prophet Joel's prophecy about the Day of the LORD (Joel 2:28-31) clearly yet to be fulfilled and of course we have the Book of Revelation which is a prophecy on the coming Judgement of the whole Earth and the events leading up to and surrounding the Christ's Second Advent.
Hopefully this answers your question at least partly.
Maranatha Lord Jesus!
Yours in Christ.E.L.
