GOD HAS NOT FORGOTTEN ISRAEL AS SOME THINK
When the leadership of Israel caused the crucifixion death of our Lord Jesus Christ on April 2, 33, the Feast of Passover, they sealed the fate of ancient Israel to be cast out of the holy land to wander in the world, without a city and without a country for 1,878 long years. But God had a plan for them even as he judged them as a people for their heinous crime of rejecting their own Messiah. That plan was to return them to their land one day, which turned out to be May 14, 1948. Even so, they had to fight and struggle to hold on to the land given by the nations of the world through edict of the United Nations.
The great Apostle Paul wrote about this in Romans chapter 11. “ I say then, hath God cast away His people? God forbid.” Paul went on to logically show that he, himself was a Jew, and God had not cast him away. “I say then, hath they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall, salvation is come unto the Gentiles for to provoke them to jealousy.” Paul went on the explain that God, in effect, judged them and set them on a “shelf” for a very long time. How long? Paul said “until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in”.
Israel will have been back for 78 full years on May 14, 2026, which is Ascension Day. Now, I believe, enters the prophecy of Daniel. After 483 years, Messiah would be cut off, leaving 7 years of a total count of 490 years in the prophecy. Most of you believe as I also do, that it is the final 7 years before the great Kingdom Age. It is my belief that we have arrived at long last. The fullness of the Gentiles may come in this very year, and if so, May 14 could be the day.
Our world is crying out for judgment on evil doers in high places. This is the same condition of society as has happened before, because God declared that there is nothing new under the sun. We have evil in governments, in law, in society, in homes, and most awful, in churches in America and all around the world. Our past generations of churches did wheat they could to spread the good news, but the population outpaced the believers' ability to spread the Gospel. Much of the world is unsaved. In His mercy, God is going to close the work of today's Christians in order to return the work to His chosen, errant people, the Jews. Thus the awful time of tribulation, also known as Daniel's 70th week of years, bringing the great tribulation is upon us. Forty two months of awful tribulation followed by 42 months of great and awful tribulation, during which will be displayed the wrath of God. And in the central position is little Israel, whose end will be the great golden Kingdom Age, because their Messiah will return on a white horse with the saints of God behind him to defeat evil and restore Israel to the position God has for her.
Hallelujah for the King of Kings cometh.
