This article brought my Abraham Lincoln dream into sharp focus again. The article in the link below, tells us about the latest Iranian attacks on the USS Abraham Lincoln. Iran says that the aircraft carrier is under intense surveillance and will be attacked again. The details are chilling.
My dream:- I was in a large shopping centre. It was a warm, sunny day. There was a large car parking lot to the left. Cars were coming and going - in and out - just like a normal day. I walked along a long, flat ramp into a mall. I thought it was a mall at the time as there were plastic crates full of retail goods. The crates were a mixture of red crates and blue crates. I remember wondering if the retail goods were still in crates because they were either being removed from the shops or were waiting to be loaded into the shops. The interior of the mall was dimly lit. I walked back outside, onto the flat ramp and away from the entrance. Up in the sky was President Abraham Lincoln and his wife. He was standing looking down on me. His wife was seated on a chair. They were both dressed in the clothes of their day. He was wearing the tall top-hat he was famous for. She had on a bonnet. As I was staring up at them, a plane swooped down over the cars who were coming and going from the parking lot. This plane was shooting at the cars. I shouted up to Abraham Lincoln and asked if this was the rapture. He smiled and wagged his finger from side to side. As if to say 'not yet' or to indicate that I shouldn't be asking the question.
I realised soon after the dream that I had dreamed about the USS Abraham Lincoln. The aircraft carrier. The more I have thought about the dream, the sharper the meaning has become. The crates of retail goods may have represented the goods that are normally shipped in container ships. My confusion about whether the goods were going in or going out could represent the global shipping trade disruption we are now experiencing. I thought the red crates and blue crates may indicate Christmas time but then remembered that it was a warm, sunny day in the dream. A blue, blue sky. Perhaps the colour red and blue represented the main colours of the American flag?
I have kept a very close eye on the USS Abraham Lincoln ever since. I don't really trust dreams but this one has stuck. I had this dream circa 2018. Another thing has struck me in the re-telling of this dream is that there were a lot of cars coming and going. Does this indicate that there is not yet a petrol shortage and life still felt quite normal? The crates of retail goods were there too. Everything felt normal until I left the aircraft carrier ramp and saw the plane shooting on the cars and Abe Lincoln and his wife in the sky.
At this moment, the USS Abraham Lincoln is very vulnerable to attack. VERY vulnerable.
