"Pakistan bombs targets in Afghan cities  Part 2 And Threats of Using Dirty Bombs"

Hello John and Doves,

I need to amend the first letter:  "Pakistan bombs targets in Afghan cities, minister calls it 'open war'.

In that letter I wrote that 'Pakistan is a nuclear-armed country' and 'Afghanistan's 'military' lacks modernization; Pakistan invests in its military nuclear program and "modernizing its navy and air force."

I was reminded that when the U.S. military pulled out of Afghanistan during the evil Biden regime, lots and lots of military equipment was left behind; some estimate the amount was around $8 billion dollars worth - that included weapons like rifles and machine guns, artillery and mortars, ammo, thousands of Humvees, MRAPs (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles), helicopters including Black Hawk and light attack aircraft (A-29 Super Tucanos), munitions, passport making materials/equipment, night vision goggles, communication equipment and encryption devices, plus the infrastructure of numerous military bases and facilities scattered across Afghanistan and, its quite possible they left their tactical nuclear weapons behind.

Billions of dollars worth of military equipment was left by Biden/Austin in their ill-conceived, disastrous departure from Afghanistan.  This pull out was in 2021.  It was quick, haphazard and costly.  Plus it left a very much well armed Taliban - of great concern to their neighbors, especially Pakistan.

I also wrote about Russia, on February 24, 2026, accusing the UK and France of plotting to get a nuclear weapon or dirty bomb to Ukraine to use against Russia.  Russia has threatened to use a tactical nuke on them if this happens.

And I included an article written by Michael Rubin - Middle East specialist - he's concerned that Iran's next move could by 'dirty bombs' used on Israel's cities.

A dirty bomb is a 'radiological dispersal device' - it's can be made with different explosives - like TNT - and it contains radioactive powder/pellets.  When it's detonated the blast spreads the radioactive material into the area.  There is no 'nuclear blast'.  Radiation is spread by the explosives.

The U.S. Withdrawal From Afghanistan:

The DoD confirmed that some $8 billion dollars worth of military equipment remained in Afghanistan...and is now in Taliban possession.  Supposedly, some equipment was rendered unusable...but the withdrawal was one big huge rush to get out...so who knows what was 'disabled' for the Taliban or what exactly was pulled out....And I doubt THEY would tell us if they left their nukes behind...but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.  Austin was a disaster for our military.

I was told that 'Where ever the U.S. military goes - their nuclear weapons go with them.'

I had sent the 'Part 1' letter to a retired U.S. military officer friend of mine - I have permission to add his response to this letter.

This is his opinion of the situation:

"The Taliban became a nuclear armed entity the moment Biden and that traitor Lloyd Austin ordered our disastrous defeat and cowardly departure from Afghanistan.  We left the Taliban everything we had there which included, cash, military hardware of all kinds, classified computers and documents, and, most frightening, a huge arsenal of ammunition and ordnance which included the B61 and B83 nuclear gravity bombs.

I don't believe the Taliban have the capability to load these on an aircraft and drop them on a target in Pakistan or anywhere else, but they can sure put them on a cargo truck or armored vehicle and drive it to a location in Pakistan or someplace else and then detonate it.  Even if the Taliban cannot achieve the full nuclear megaton yield by detonating one of these bombs, just blowing it up as a dirty bomb will result in massive radiation deaths if exploded in a major city like Islamabad, Pakistan.  And if the Taliban feel threatened enough or are Twelvers (I'll add that Iran is their ally.) and want to start the final countdown, they now fully possess the means to do so.  This is way worse than anyone thinks - nuclear weapons are in the hands of religious fanatics."  (My friend was not a nuclear weapons officer - this is just his opinion.)

So I stand corrected - the Taliban, as he wrote, is armed with our military equipment and weapons.  And they could have our nuclear weapons.  Who had training with these?  Who could make a dirty bomb with the radiation?

This site shows a partially disassembled B61 and the "actual thermonuclear warhead".  Iran could help the Taliban with any captured B61s. One doesn't have to reinvent the wheel - the directions for constructing a "dirty bomb" are probably on the internet.

President Trump has demanded that the Taliban return the hardware - but they have refused.

Here's some info on our nuclear arsenal - the B61 is the 'most popular'/tactical nuke.

The B83 Gravity Bomb:

The B83 is a variable-yield thermonuclear gravity bomb.  It can be delivered via high or low altitude.  It was designed to be carried on the wing of a plane traveling at high-speed; it can detonate via free-fall, contact, or use a parachute to slow it down; it can be adjusted for an air-burst or ground burst detonation.  It can be set to detonate with a timer - this is 'laydown delivery' - it can land on the ground and then detonate later via a timer.  It is 12 feet long and 18 inches in diameter.  And weighs about 2,400 pounds.  It was designed with a command-disable system to prevent unauthorized detonation along with the advanced Permissive Action Links.  It can carry various nuclear payloads - up to 1.2 megatons - or 80 x the energy of Hiroshima's atomic bomb.  The B83 is facing retirement.

The B61 Gravity Bomb:

The B61 is a low to intermediate yield strategic/tactical nuclear weapon.  It too is carried by aircraft on the wing.  It's had many 'variants' over the years depending on its intended mission.  It's yield ranges from 0.3 kilotons to 360 kilotons.  It can detonate in the air, on the ground; it can free fall, or use a parachute for a retarded free-fall or 'laydown' delivery.  It is 11 feet 8 inches long and has a diameter of 13 inches.  It weighs about 700 pounds.  In 2012, they cost about $28 million each.  This tactical nuke was designed to also penetrate several meters into the ground before exploding.  This is the tactical nuke approved for NATO use.  It has Advanced Permissive Action Links to prevent unauthorized use and Digital Safety and Security Systems.

So is it possible nuclear weapons were left when the U.S. military pulled out of Afghanistan?  Yes, it is.  As noted above, the withdrawal was a 'disastrous defeat and cowardly departure'.  Of course, Biden/Austin won't tell us if nukes were left.  Depends on how 'rushed' they were...as the nukes would have to be removed from their secure facility under guard 'with everything signed on in triplicate' and moved to the wing of a plane and loaded...did they do that??  Were there officers there available to sign off on everything? And move and load the weapons?  It's not a quick process.  There is a 'chain of custody'.  It's a very disturbing and worrisome question as we know Biden et al are traitors.  God knows what they left for the Taliban.  It certainly was a quick way to 'arm' them to the hilt.

Maybe all of this 'equipment' has emboldened the Taliban to take on a nuclear-powered country like Pakistan.

Russia Accuses France/UK of Dirty Bomb Plot:

And, speaking of dirty bombs, Russia has accused the UK and France of "trying to supply a nuclear weapon to Ukraine or assist Kyiv in developing a "dirty bomb" and providing a delivery system for its launch."  Russia thinks the West sees the Ukraine war with Russia as going nowhere with conventional weapons...the West is frustrated with "no meaningful progress" or "hope for a victory" so is considering nuclear weapons.  Russian intelligence shows that France and the UK are "trying to covertly smuggle a nuclear device into Ukraine."   One option Russia believes is being considered by the UK/France is a "compact nuclear device designed for the M51.1 submarine-launched ballistic missile"....Russia believes that "European components, equipment and technology are being clandestinely transferred to Ukraine."  Russia said that "if nuclear or radiological weapons are transferred by Kyiv, Russia would strike Ukraine and the supplying countries with any weapons at is disposal."  France and the UK are calling this 'disinformation'.  Russia seems to have quite a bit of intelligence on this plan by the UK/France.  The UK and France have been called to investigate these plans.

This shows how nuclear weapons and dirty bombs can be 'transferred', clandestinely moved around and used.  If one has the know how and training.  The Taliban could do the same thing...

Michael Rubin - Iran's Dirty Bombs:

Michael Rubin wrote the below article.  He's a senior fellow at the AEI - American Enterprise Institute.  He "specializes in Iran, Turkey and the broader Middle East."  This article was published on February 28, 2026

And there is the fear that Iran could use radiological "dirty bombs" on Israeli cities.  "As Israel's conventional strikes degrade Iran's military and nuclear infrastructure, the risk grows that a desperate Iranian regime could retaliate with radiological "dirty bombs" against Israeli cities...Iran possesses large quantities of highly enriched uranium that could be dispersed to cause widespread contamination."  Khamenei has vowed a "bitter fate" for Israel.   "..the goal of Iran's arsenal was always Israel's eradication; there was little "duel" in the regime's duel use work".  I.E. no peaceful plans for the enriched uranium

"If Khamenei wants to make good on his threats, his next step will likely be to hit Israel with dirty bombs to spread radiation over large sections of its urban areas."  He could do the same to Arab states that help Israel - calling it "divine retribution".

"The current Israel-Iran war is bad; it behooves everyone to prepare for the fact that the Islamic Republic may intend it to get much worse."

Rubin doesn't believe Iran has nuclear warheads - all they can do now with their enriched uranium is build "dirty bombs".

I think he is one of the few who still believes this.  I think the reality is Iran does have nuclear warheads and the ICBMs to launch them.  And they could use "dirty bombs" in this war.

Keeping an eye on Purim.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

Maranatha!
