"Christianity, Judaism, Islam - Abrahamic Faiths"

Hello John and Doves,

We have a common theme of three faiths going on now - Christianity, Judaism and Islam - all expecting the soon arrival of their 'messiahs'.  Three Abrahamic religions.

And the U.S./Israel - Iran war involves these three religions.  Christianity/Judaism on one side and Islam on the other.  Maybe all three have believers praying for the swift arrival of their messiah as this war continues to escalate.

Many Christians are wondering about this US/Israel-Iran war - will this be a precursor or start to the Gog and Magog War of Ezekiel 38?  Many believe, 'as the bombs come down, we go up' - a reference to the Rapture.

The Jews believe that their Messiah will come during the first month of the year - Nisan.  That this is the month of redemption.  As they were redeemed from Egypt in Nisan, they will be redeemed in the end in Nisan.  Nisan started Friday, March 20.

The eradication of Israel is increasingly being seen by Twelvers in Iran - Mahdists - as a 'necessary step' for their 12th Imam to return - and setup a global caliphate.  Once the obstacle, called Israel, is removed, the Mahdi can return.

Shia and Sunni Muslims believe their messiah, Mahdi - the 12th Imam - will appear before Judgment Day to set up a global caliphate of peace.  His coming will be proceeded by major signs - one of which is the 'rise of the Dajjal' or antichrist.  Who Shia believe is Donald Trump.  The Mahdi will rule with justice and divine principles.   And for Shia, the Mahdi will appear when there is a violent apocalypse going on.  And Iran's new leader is being called 'apocalypse-obsessed'!

Christianity:

We know the Believers in Christ have Watchers on the Wall that are getting pretty hyped up at this time - the Iran war, the Biblical timeline, 'this generation', signs in the Heavens, etc...all pointing to the VERY soon return of Jesus.  We are now in the Jewish month of Nisan - the first month of the religious year.

March/April contain several important days to Christianity:  March 29 Jesus' "Triumphal Entry" - (10th of Nisan), April 3 Good Friday, April 5 Easter (Western).

Judaism:

And this recent article in Israel365news dated March 17, 2026:  This Rabbi is looking for the Jewish messiah to arrive in the Hebrew month of Nisan...specifically on 1 Nisan.  Leading Rabbi says the Messiah could arrive Thursday, cites 500-year-old book naming the Strait of Hormuz as site of final war - Israel365 News

"The Rabbis teach that since Nisan's season of redemption is so powerful, it is also the month that the Messiah will come.  "The Messiah, who is called 'first', will come int he month which is called first."
Nisan – Season of Redemption – Fusion Global with Rabbi Jason Sobel

The month of Nisan is considered by the Jewish people the month of Redemption.  "In Nisan in the future the Jewish people will be redeemed in the final redemption."

There was a confirmed sighting of the new moon for the 1st month of the year, Nisan, in Israel, on Friday evening, March 20, 2026.

The month of Nisan contains several important days to Judaism:  Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of Firstfruits.  Passover Week/Week of Unleavened Bread is 7 days.  Beginning of the Counting of the Omer.

Islam:

And in this recent article in Israel365news dated March 10, 2026:  "...the focus of America's war on Iran is the arrival of the Mahdi, Islam's awaited messianic figure, whose reappearance, they believe, will be preceded by the emergence of the Dajjal - Islam's version of the Antichrist."  And the name they attach to the Dajjal is Donald Trump."  "is confrontation with Iran represents the Dajjal's assault on the forces of the Mahdi."

"We're fighting an evil that the world doesn't truly comprehend in its belief that is has a divine mandate to usher in a day of apocalypse."

The end of the fast of Ramadan will be celebrated by Gulf Arab states on Friday, March 20, 2026.  So, Eid al Fitr - the "Breaking of the Fast" is on March 20.

The new moon was not sighted on Wednesday, March 18, in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Arab states, so their courts have declared March 20, 2026 as the First Day of the new month, Shawwal.  This is the 10th month.

Conclusion:

Three major religions involved in a conflict in the Middle East that could become WW3.  Will this precipitate the Gog and Magog War?  Will this precipitate the destruction of Mystery Babylon?

The Messiah is Jesus/Yeshua, Son of God.  He will return for Believers in the Rapture.  Then return in 'the Second Coming' in the clouds with His armies.

Watchers/Believers are anxiously awaiting His return.  Some are looking at specific dates, others - a specific season.  Most believe the Rapture is soon!

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

Maranatha!
