Gary Stearman's "Gary's Letter to Readers" in his latest Prophecy Watcher magazine, March 2026 is titled "Times and Seasons".In his letter, he wrote that "Paul makes a very interesting statement that Christians will have a sense, based upon Bible prophecy, that the Church Age is approaching its termination.At this point, perhaps we should ask, "What is a time?" and for that matter, "What is a season?"What is a time? "The answer seems to suggest first a calendar date. Those who study Bible prophecy are experts at this kind of study. A certain line-up of festivals, holidays and historical events that suggest a confluence of dates that fit the references found throughout the Bible. Those who watch prophecy certainly follow such events with growing interest.'"A "season" seems to suggest a confluence of global events.""Paul describes the coming of Christ in a way that seems totally unpredictable. But it hints that historical events are now forming patterns that reflect those throughout the Bible. We also know that latter-day watchers will observe a global society that is is striving for "world peace."'Are we witnessing the last moments of the Church Age?To the Church of the Thessalonians, Paul urges watchfulness:"Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Thess. 5:6-9)Gary is one to look at dates and 'high watch times'.We are approaching the start of the religious new year, 1 Nisan, and the Spring Feasts of the Lord.
