As it's Sunday, I am dashing this out to make the publishing deadline. I sure hope that I haven't misunderstood Rabbi Glazerson but this table appears to show that the Jewish people will inherit the whole of Jerusalem by the anniversary eve of the 6 day war in 2026. The entire process toward this will begin in 2025.

The date of June 5th (eve of 6 day war which occurred in 1967) was 26th Iyar on the Hebcal calendar. This year of 2025, 26th Iyar falls on Saturday May 24th.  The date of 26th Iyar 2026 falls on May 13th.
