It has troubled me in recent times how many people look to self to determine if they are saved or lost. Many people Look to their behaviour, sin, performance, church attendance, giving up bad habits, baptism, praying, being a good person, and / or other works. But looking to self is NOT the answer.
The apostle Paul tells us to examine ourselves in the faith to see if we are in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5), but how can we do this when self is not the answer?
I have created a Christian ministry video for our church explaining how a person should examine themselves to see if they are in the faith.
