This is a first! The only news streams, criticising the USA administrations (past and present) have been alternative media. I personally think The Guardian is a lefty load of old cobblers but this article got my senses prickling. It's full of information re the sins of USA political malfeasance but tempers it with a thread of "Europe is still tied to the USA coat tails" type sentiment. Mainly because the USA has destroyed the Russian energy supplies to Europe via the now shattered Nord Stream pipelines -leaving Europe dependent on USA oil and gas. This type of reporting could swiftly gain traction. Mainstream media have broken the ice with this article. Watch out for more of the same. For the political elite in the USA, this will fast become a nightmare.
