I have always taken 'horns' in scripture to mean armies. After all, horns on animals are used as weapons. We see it in all forms of the animal world. So my take on 'the little horn' has been one of a small nation with a small army. In the 1st link is a Bible commentary about the identity of the little horn. What makes this even more intriguing is the latest from the New Zealand vlogger, Bible Codes NZ. This fascinating code agrees with the Bible commentary in the 1st link. They both identify the little horn as Vatican City. Which actually IS a small city. The NZ vlogger points out that the letters Ayin, Yod and Reish, spell the word 'city'. The same 3 letters form part of the spelling for "A Little Horn".
