I live in Porterville California. We are experiencing possibly the worst flooding in the 121 years since the city’s incorporation in 1902. 121 is the fifth Star of David number. The prime factoring of 121 is: 11 x 11. Five is the number for ‘Grace’.
Success Dam is located at the base of the Sierra Mountains six miles east of the heart of the city of Porterville and only 2 miles from the easternmost section of the city. The dam’s construction began in 1958 and was completed in 1961. The earthen dam is 156 feet high and 3,490 feet long. At the time of this letter, the elevation of the lake has been over its spillway elevation for a week. The Tule River, which feeds the lake, is causing some road closures around the town. The flooding was compounded when a record snowfall began to melt early because of a series of warm rain storms across the state. Another two inches of rain is expected this week.
I have attached an aerial picture of the spillway that has been under renovation for over two years. This photo was taken on the 11th of March 2023 when the lake began overflowing the spillway. The Army Corp of Engineers is in the process of raising the spillway level of 652 feet by an additional ten feet. Several years ago the integrity of the lake was under scrutiny. There were plans to build a second dam below Success Dam. They had gone so far as to purchase and close a mobile home park below the dam. Funding for the project was later directed elsewhere and the lake assessment was dismissed. On the 10th of January 2023 there was a 3.2 earthquake located directly under the lake (see the attached photo). From the earthquake on 10 January 2023 to the spillway overflowing on 11 March 2023 was 61 inclusive days. 7 x the 61st prime (281) equals: 1967.
Noah was given a seven day warning prior to the flood. I am watching for a seven day warning on the 21st of March 2023. The 21st of March 2023 plus seven days will be the 28th of March 2023 > the 2368th day of the current 305th Jewish calendar cycle. 2368 is the gematria of ‘JESUS CHRIST’.
