Zechariah 14:2------ "For I will gather all the
nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city will
be captured..........." This will occur at
Armageddon at the conclusion of the upcoming 7 year
Tribulation Period.
Zechariah 14:12----- "Now this will be the plague
with which the Lord will strike all the peoples who
have gone to war against Jerusalem; THEIR FLESH WILL
ROT WHILE THEY STAND ON THEIR FEET, AND THEIR EYES
WILL ROT IN THEIR SOCKETS, AND THEIR TONGUE WILL ROT
IN THEIR MOUTH."
The above verses are about coming end time events
AFTER the Rapture. After 2669 years of not
being a free, independent nation (since 721 BC),
Israel returned in 1948. Just three years
earlier in 1945 America finished developing nuclear
weapons, and they were used on two Japanese cities to
end WW II. So, Israel returned as a nation at
virtually the same time in history that man developed
nuclear weapons! An accident by chance do you
think? God can cause by Himself the effects of
Zechariah 14:12, but will there be some type of human
induced nuclear war during the 7 year
Tribulation, specifically at Armageddon right before
the Second Coming? It is my personal opinion
that man's nuclear weapons will be used. The
effect described above is precisely what happens in a
nuclear blast. An intense heat wave moves out
from the blast center with fierce winds, and a
person's flesh is literally seared off the skeleton
before the skeleton can fall over! Gruesome
indeed, and a great reason to receive Israel's Messiah
(Guess Who!) as one's Lord and Savior and go up in the
Rapture before the horrific times of the 7 year
Tribulation begin!
The identity of the Jewish Messiah has always been
in the Tanakh (Old Testament)------ Micah 5:2, Psalm
22:14-18, and all of Isaiah 53! Men lie, but
God does not! The wise person in humility heeds
the Words of God! A fool mocks God's Words!
This 1950's style video below is almost comical.
By the way, "duck and cover" would not work in
a nuclear blast! The buildings would fall on
them and the raging fires would consume them.
