Thank you for your great letter, John G. I am with you, all the way, regarding the 144,000. I also believe this is a literal prophecy. The 144,000 are Jewish lads - more than likely Yeshiva students who are unworldly and are still virgins. They study the Torah in great depth and detail and are totally committed to Almighty God.
We must not forget that Israel has been blinded in part for the sake of the gentiles. Israel is our time-piece - our sure way of discerning the prophetic timeline. When Israel has been redeemed, the Jewish people will be greatly respected and revered - finally being recognised as the children of the God of Israel. The Apple of His eye. His Chosen.
