"And
on THE SEVENTH DAY God ended His work
which He had made, and HE RESTED ON THE
SEVENTH DAY from all His work. And GOD
BLESSED THE SEVENTH DAY, AND SANCTIFIED
IT ; because in it HE HAD RESTED
from all His work which He had created and
made."
Notice that God
blessed and sanctified the seventh
day, which means that
He 'set it apart' to be a 'special day' apart
from all other days which He did not
bless and sanctify. There are seven days in a
week, but only one, the Saturday Sabbath is
blessed and sanctified by God for some special
purpose.

Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise
being left us of entering into his rest,
any of you should seem to come short of it.

For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as
unto them: but the word preached did not profit
them, not being mixed with faith in them that
heard it.

For we which have believed do enter into rest,
as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if
they shall enter into my rest: although
the works were finished from the foundation of
the world.

For he spake in a certain place of the
seventh day on this wise, And God did
rest the seventh day from all his works.

And in this place again, If they shall enter
into my rest.

Again, he limiteth a certain day ……

For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he
not afterward have spoken of another day.

There remaineth therefore a rest to the
people of God.

Let us labour therefore to enter into that
rest …..
I
believe that we are told, in these Scriptures,
that the Body of Christ Church of
believers will enter into God's rest,
ie RAPTURED TO HEAVEN. , on a future
SEVENTH DAY SATURDAY SABBATH . Notice
that the Scripture says that "HE LIMITS A
CERTAIN DAY" ! Why would that day
not be THE ONLY DAY of the week
that God blessed and sanctified ? Because
the Scriptures are true, this proves that THE
RAPTURE IS NOT IMMINENT !
