I am no fan of Biden or his ilk, and I have no illusions about their wicked past. But, I do know an ill man when I see one. The whole "Weekend at Biden's" stuff is funny but also tragic. This is a man who is being dragged around the media stage. He is clearly tired and confused. Looking at his eyes, in this short vid clip - it seems as though he is trying to see and operate out out of some sort of fog.


I suspect powerful medication as well as underlying panic are the reasons for that trapped look in his eyes.
