John and Doves,I personally believe that we are already at Mid-Trib and have only 3 and 1/2 years left of this era, *after* the Foreign Forces arrive at Israel's Western Wall.
No where in all of the Book of Revelation does it mention a 7 year period. You can try to mix and match and squish time segments together, but it won 't work.
The 7 years of Daniel's final week is equally divided into 2 parts of3 and 1 /2 years each.
The first half is called "Jacob's Trouble" and pertains to the Jewish nation only.Jeremiah 30: 7 .
"Jacob" and "Israel" are interchangeable names.( Genesis 32:28).
Without going into a lengthy discussion, the short version isthis ...
"Jacob's Trouble" beganon March 26, 1979 with the signing of the Camp David Peace Accords.(America guaranteeing Israel's Security in time of war).
This "covenant of security" was unprecedent in all of history, and strictly forbidden by Almighty God.Exodus 23:32 ;Exodus 34:12-15Deuteronomy 7:2
The details were worked out during the next3 and 1/2 years and was consummated on September 26, 1982 when American forces entered into the Lebanon-Israeli War, replacing the Israeli military, which then went home to Israel, on the eve of Yom Kippur, 1982.
Those 3 and 1/2 years of Jacob's Trouble are complete, and there remains only 3 and 1/2 years left of Daniel's original 70 weeks.Daniel 9:24-27.
And just like there was a GAP of time between when Messiah would be "cut off" until the time-line would BEGIN again(Menachem BEGIN)at the Camp David Peace Accord signing...
there is also a GAP of time between "Jacob's Trouble"( 1979--1982) and the time of the " abomination of desolation"(foreign Army at Temple Mount)finalizing the last 3 and 1/2 years until Jerusalem becomes totally desolate.The Jewish people are to flee. Matt. 24:16
Isaiah 6:11,12 ....."Then said I,"Lord, how long?"
And He answered,"Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant,and the houses without man,and the land be utterly desolate.And the Lord have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the land."
The Jewish Remnant will be hid in the wilderness and *greatly protected* during the Great Tribulation, the last 3 and 1/2 years--No harm shall come to them.Rev. 12:14.Apocalypse 12:14
After the Remnant comes back to Jerusalem( 3 and 1/2 years later), Jesus will be anointed King over all the earth;and the 1,000 year reign from Jerusalem will begin.
All the above time line shows why I believe time is very short for us to witness to 8 billion people to not take the 666 Mark of the Beast.The future is already breathing down our necks, and we have scarce time to warn.
But what aboutMATTHEW 24:48-51 ?
There are those who believe we still have 7 more years, and that the Lord is "delaying His coming". They refuse to believe that the party-cabaret is over.
In it's political form,they are sending out mail constantly to build up a huge chest of money to bring back politicians who will clean up America and make it ready for the Lord to return to a well swept house.
Or to skip Jesus altogether, and bring in the 1,000 years of perfect peace all by themselves. ("No thank you, Jesus)They arecalled "Amillennials".

They are still out there and are in strong numbers. They "beat" us with constant greedy petitions for money.And they drink with those who are drunk with political ambition.The Lord has a word for them inMatthew 24:48-51.
Just remember friends , we are on the cusp of the last 3 and 1/2 years of this era.The Bride is on the cusp of LEAVING VERY SHORTLY **ahead of time.**
Time is short.Let's get the warning out now, while we still can.
