Dear Doves,
I have been sad today. Sad for America and her sins against God. My heart is heavy and I have been praying. FWIW, I have not “heard” from the Lord on this, but something strange did happen.
In my study of Ezekiel 24, some of the words jumped out at me (I’m sure many of you have experienced this before), verses 13 and 14, to be exact. This is the chapter in which God tells Ezekiel exactly when Jerusalem will fall to Babylon…. January 15, 588 BC.
In your filthiness is lewdness.
Because I have cleansed you, and you were not cleansed,
You will not be cleansed of your filthiness anymore,
Till I have caused My fury to rest upon you.
I, the Lord, have spoken it;
It shall come to pass, and I will do it;
I will not hold back,
Nor will I spare,
Nor will I relent;
According to your ways
And according to your deeds
They will judge you,”
Says the Lord God.’ ”
These words hit me like a brick. I felt that God was speaking to me about America and that our time was up. I got up and went about my business, but my heart was so very heavy that my thoughts kept returning to these verses and my study today. I asked the Lord how long until America is judged and we are gone? I felt the date, October 9th, come to mind. Now I did not know what that date was and so I looked it up. It is Yom Kippur this year. It is the last of the ten days of penitence that begin with Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year). It is the most solemn religious fast of the Jewish year. According to Jewish tradition, God inscribes each person's fate for the coming year into a book, the Book of Life, on Rosh Hashanah, and waits until Yom Kippur to "seal" the verdict. It is the Sabbath of Sabbaths and a day upon which one must afflict one's soul.
According to the Book of Ezekiel, the sanctuary was to be cleansed by the sprinkling of bullock's blood, on the first day of the first and of the seventh months, or on Yom Kippur.
I put today’s date (March 13, 2019) into a date calculator and found that the number of days until Yom Kippur this year is 210.

- Jer 30:7 gives 30 x 7 = 210
The duration of the great tribulation is given as 3˝ prophetic years or "a time, and times and half a time" (Dan 7:25, 12:7, Rev 12:14) for a total of 3˝ x 360 = 1260 days.
- 1260 = 6 x 210
The Hebrew word for "choose" (בחר) has a gematria value of 210.
I do not know what any of this means or if it means anything at all. I am making no predictions. Again, this is not something “I heard from the Lord”. I believe it may have been an insight on the times we are living in, but I put it out there in the event that it has meaning to somebody else who can elaborate on it.
