Let me give you a hypothetical question.......
If you personally were in a position of extreme power.....had power over many like a king does and then extreme war broke out.......what would you do to insure / secure the safety of your loved ones?
Would you not use your vast power and resources and then make every effort to find or create an extremely safe place to shelter all of your beloved?
I am certain you would......
And I am certain (from what is detailed in scripture) that God the Father feels the same way and is (as per scripture) going to act accordingly when great war breaks out in the same time interval not only on earth but also in heaven.
As per scripture the antichrist will have formed an amalgamation of worldly and alien / Satanic UFO forces and will be using those forces to “act against the strongest fortresses”or make war against the strongest militaries on earth. Daniel 11 says that he, the antichrist, will prevail over these worldwide armies and will then “rule over many”and then divide the land...... as fits his/ their needs.
During the same biblical time interval (as per Revelation 12) war also breaks out in heaven. Satan and one third of the angelic community are at war with God's angels with Michael the Ark Angel in charge of God's forces. God's angels under Michael prevail and the rogue Satanic forces are cast out from the heavenly realm and are sequestered to earth.
So war has broken out in heaven and earth and God the Father has to protect His loved ones.....His elect. These elect are the Jews whose names appear in the book (Daniel 12) and the dead and the alive in Christ meaning Jesus's church whether dead housed in heaven or alive on earth. These elect of God will now be high value targets for Satan, the antichrist and their demonic forces to capture and destroy.
What does God the Father do to provide security for these elect during this warring / tribulation period? As per scripture He “gathers” all of His elect, whether Jew or Gentile and takes them to a new fortified area of protection that He creates at that time for their complete safety. Zechariah 14 He creates / renovates a huge area of land from Judea to the Euphrates River. And He secures this new protection zone with Michael and all the loyal angelic community. Daniel 12
He, God the Father re-establishes His kingdom on earth (no longer in heaven)....for approximately 3.5 years.
As is prophesied to happen by Jesus Himself........ as is expressed in the Lords prayer Matthew 6:9-10 (partial prayer listed below)
Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
When these hundreds of millions of “elect” are gathered to this new protected valley it has to be done in a way to defeat Satan's ability to harm them. It appears that Satan, the dragon, lies in wait to devour these elect when an attempt is made to transport them from heaven or earth to this new protection zone.
To defeat Satan and his forces ability to harm God's elect during this all out war, God creates a “special day” as is depicted in Zechariah 14:6-7 and as is referenced in “the timing verse”in Matthew 24:36. A day that is to be unknown to all except God the Father Himself........”no one knows the day or the hour”.......this phrase not speaking of the rapture but of the gathering to the new valley / security zone.
This special secret day appears to be very unique in that the “earth time” duration will be unknown to all. This “special day” may last seconds or weeks or months or ? I say this because this day will last long enough (earth time) to safely transport hundreds of millions of God's elect to the security of this new very large protected valley.
God says of that day........Zechariah 14
It shall come to pass in that day
That there will be no light;
The lights will diminish.
It shall be one day
Which is known to the Lord---
Neither day nor night.
But at evening time it shall happen
That it will be light
When this unique “special day” comes God the Father will dispatch Jesus and the angels of heaven to gather these elect to this new valley that He has just created as per Matthew 24:30-31. It appears that the unique characteristics of this special day will inhibit / prevent Satan and his forces the ability to intercept or harm the elect while they are transported to this security zone.
When does this special secret transit day of the elect to this new protected valley happen?
As per Matthew 24:36 only God the Father knows........ but we known approximately when because.....
As per Matthew and Daniel a talking image of the antichrist is set up in the “holy place”. It appears that this talking avatar, this AI image of the antichrist which will require mandatory worship will be set up on the Dome of the Rock at the Al-aqua mosque.
Daniel says in chapter 12 that when you see this abomination set up there that there will be 1290 days to the end of the period or to the end of the 7 years. That would (when doing the math) be 30 days prior to the mid point of the 7 years.
God says to the people of Judea when you see this image set up there you are to run for the mountains because in a time frame soon after I will destroy this image. This image, the abomination, will be destroyed within the process of God the Father creating this new valley / protection zone and laying waste to hundreds of miles of land and people.........desolation.
It becomes very obvious why God referred to this image as …... the abomination that causes desolation.
It appears that God the Father will create the new protected valley along with great destruction.....desolation..... to whom and what inhabits that land at that moment. Isaiah 25:10-12 addresses this.
It appears God will then create the special secret day spoken of in Zechariah 14 and Matthew 24 of unknown duration to renovate /restore /sculpt this valley to His needs. And during this unique day of unknown duration to also dispatch Jesus and the angels as per Matthew 24:30-31 to safely gather the elect from heaven and earth and bring them there. There, where they will be safe and secure from war. A war which will be raging on earth and in heaven at that point.
Zechariah 14 and 1 Thessalonians 4:14 both state that God the Father Himself brings the dead in Christ with Him from heaven when He comes to intervene in what is going on in Israel. Why would He bring them from heaven if not for the new security zone / valley and the protection that will be provided there and for their own “born again” / “renewal process” mandated by Jesus which is to happen in this valley. So when war breaks out in heaven and earth during the 7 year period, the king, God the Father will insure the safety of His elect against any and all Satanic threats. He does this by creating first an elaborate security zone guarded by His angelic command and second by creating a unique special day of unknown duration to transport His elect safely to the confines of this security zone.

And for those who keep beating the drum that “the total tribulation time frame” is half of 7 years or 42 months or 1260 days, please consider what Daniel said in chapter 12 that the image of the beast or the abomination that will cause desolation is set up in Jerusalem 1290 days before the end. That time frame alone is 30 days longer than what is being promoted by them as the total.
