The other post I wrote this week may need to be read first so that more understanding and relevance prevails in this one.
Is there a specific location on the earth that could be accredited as....the rapture spot? A spot where detailed in scripture prior and future raptures have and will take place? It appears the answer to that is a resounding.... yes.
And this “rapture spot” is or is in close proximity to Jerusalem. There were several rapture instances in the past there and it appears there will be a couple more to come.
There is a zone within a couple mile radius of Jerusalem, including Jerusalem, which appears to be and has been the “sweet spot” for people to be taken from this earth.
In explaining this let me go all the way back to the time of Abram (Abraham) where we see him build an altar of stones just north of Jerusalem in Bethel.
Then his grandson Jacob stopped there in Bethel as he was traveling through that area on his way north from what is now southern Israel to Haran in Turkey. Jacob spent the night there in Bethel and used a rock for a pillow. As Jacob slept he had a vision of a ladder or a portal at that spot which went up to heaven. And the angels of God were using this portal, this ladder, to come and go from heaven to earth and from earth to heaven.
Jacob looked up from this spot and also saw God Himself who then proclaimed many things to Jacob. God said....
--I am the Lord God of your Father and the God of Isaac....
--The land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants
--Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth
--You shall shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south
--And in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
--I (God) will be with you and will keep you wherever you go
--And I will bring you back to this land
--And I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you
If your have read my other post this week you will appreciate the reality and symbolism of these words God expressed to Jacob.
This land of which God speaks is the promised land, the land of Canaan which Joshua entered 3000 plus years ago and the same land which God will renovate to encompass the new security valley in the end times.
God talks about Jacobs descendants being as “the dust of the earth” which has a double meaning. These descendants will be as many as the dust of the earth as in hundreds of millions but also the second meaning of ….dust of the earth...is a reference to Jacobs descendants, the whole house of Israel, being reformed and resurrected from the dust of the earth in Ezekiel 37 and brought in mass to the extreme eastern end of this new ark-like security compound. (Revelation 9:14-19)
Then God references this land spreading out (from that spot) in all compass directions. What God is describing there is what He does in Zechariah 14 when He creates the new valley, the new security zone which spreads out from that spot in all directions.
God says He will watch over the descendants of Jacob wherever they go and will bring them back to that spot and that land.....which is exactly what is described for the end times by Zechariah and Isaiah and is to happen when God the Father creates the new valley, security zone, ark-like compound right there from that spot. His Jewish elect dead or alive will be returned to that general spot.
And God the Father says that He will not leave Jacob or his descendants until He has done all these things which He had expressed to Jacob. Notice the word “until” in the sentence. There will be a separation date or an end to this contract God has with Jacob and all of Jacob's descendants. This covenant, this contract that God the Father has with Jacob terminates at the end of the 7 year period after the alive Jewish remnant re-establishes the blood covenant with the Father for 3.5 years. Then Jesus arrives back on earth to rule and reign over all peoples on earth for 1000 years.
Before Jacob leaves that spot in Bethel he takes the rock he used for a pillow and anoints it with oil and declares that this spot was....the gate of heaven. Jacob also named the spot Bethel which means..... House of God. It appears that it was also at Bethel where Jacobs name was changed to Israel.
In 1 Samuel10:3 Bethel is called ….the Hill of God
In Amos, Bethel is.....the Kings Chapel or the Kings Court
The Ark of the Covenant was kept for a period of time at Bethel (Judges 20:27)
Where was Elijah taken up? As per 2 Kings 2:2 and 11......Bethel
Elijah's companion Elisha was “left behind” but went back to visit the site of Elijah's rapture only to be taunted there by many young men. 42 of these taunting men were then killed by bears.
Is this also a reflection of what is to come in the new valley / ark- like compound? Does Elijah represent the Christian Church being taken and Elisha the left behind Jews who witness that removal? Will there be people who will taunt and mock the left behind Jews in the new valley because they blew their opportunity to accept the true Messiah? And will these taunters / mockers meet a terrifying death?
Where did Jesus rise when He ascended to Heaven? Just east of Jerusalem near Bethany.....near the southeast slope of the Mount of Olives.
Where are the two end time witnesses to rise after they are killed and then restored? Jerusalem.
All of these rapture events happened or are to happen within a small radius north and east of Jerusalem or in Jerusalem itself. Where did Jacob say this portal, this ladder to heaven was located? Right there within a couple square miles.
So after we, the Christian Church, have fulfilled our requirements within this new valley (which I am certain includes the area called Bethel) and we have been “born again” there in the new valley........where do you believe will be the location that we, the Christian Church will rise from to enter through the portal, through the ark roof cover and through the firmament to enter heaven?
From what scripture has divulged …..I am betting it's from within this rather small radius of land especially near Bethel which Jacob says ….. the gate of heaven. By the way if I failed to mention it above Bethel is just a couple of miles north of Jerusalem.
Don't know where Enoch was taken up from but based on past and present practices ....... I know where my biblical based location assumption for that would be.

P.S. Just remember most everything that is deemed important to Jesus's church in the end times happens within the confines of this new valley / security compound created by God the Father.....and that also includes the rapture of the church....IMHO based on a great deal of scripture.
