North Korea has two satellites in a polar orbit. Both are said to be "weather" satellites which orbit from the south to the north over the United States, not Korea. Why would Korea want weather satellites that are not near Korea ? And why do they arrive from a southern direction which is the only direction that the United States does not utilize radar defense systems ?
