Dear John and Doves,

I don't know about you guys but I am feeling a bit weird. Discombobulated (love that word). A little divorced from reality. I know something huge is coming. I feel as though I've gone a bit numb. Hard to explain. Perhaps it's an overload of excitement and expectation. All I do know is that we have to be prepared for something. Will something happen for which we believers have to have answers for? Will secular people suddenly want answers and start questioning believers? I have no idea. But, something this chap said made me feel this may be so. We've got to be ready with answers. Biblically based answers. Without being pious or overly we-told-you-so - we may need to provide the voice of reason. IF this is the season - which it is most certainly is - we need to buckle up and be ready to answer questions. Provide assurances as to the saving  grace of belief in Jesus Christ. We need to plant the seeds.... which only God Almighty will cause to grow. We are not responsible for the seed, once it's been planted. 

This may be our last letters to each other on this earth (Or not).  Who knows for sure? Our Almighty God is not a God of confusion - therefore, I don't believe we are misreading the season we are in. Let's face it.... there is no hope without Jesus and the promise of His coming. Sure, there have been wars before. Huge destructive and heartbreaking wars. But there has never been a threat like this. The guarantee of self destruction for the entire world. We neither face our LORD Jesus or we face eternal nothingness. We will obliterate ourselves into nothingness. I know what I choose to believe in.

Buckle up and be ready, Doves, Our precious and beloved Bridegroom stands at the threshold/
