The attached diagram has seven inner circles with equal diameters. I assigned a value for the inner circle diameters and then calculated their circumferences. I added all seven circumferences to the circumference of the outer eighth circle. In the table I give a list of start dates and then added the sum of all 8 circumferences as days to yield the end dates.
When you apply the Gregorian calendar rule back to the time of Christ's birth then only one exception to the leap-year rule falls between a pair of twin-prime numbers. It would have been the Gregorian year 600. Noah's age was 600 when he entered the Ark. When the diameter of the small inner circles is 600 then the sum of all 8 circumferences is 18,850. I added 18,850 days to Israel's rebirth on 5.14.1948 and the end date was 12.22.1999.

The Lord told me to start numbering the last days for the Body of Christ from the Winter Solstice of the Jewish year 5760 (12.22.1999) several years before I was aware of this alignment in the heavens. 5760 plus the Greek gematria of 'JESUS CHRIST' (2368) equals the fourth perfect number (8128). 5760 equals 4 x the 1440 diameter of my 'Circle of Time'. There are 1440 minutes in a day.
When the diameter of each inner circle equals 846 the sum of all 8 circumferences is 26,578. I then added 26.578 days to Trump's birth on 6.14.1946 and the end date was 3.20.2019. 3.20.2019 is the first day spring this year.
When the diameter of each inner circle equals 670 the sum of all 8 circumferences is 21,049. I then added 21,049 days to Obama's birth on 8.4.1961 and the end date was 3.21.2019. Purim begins at sunset on 3.21.2019.
When the diameter of each inner circle equals 990 the sum of all 8 circumferences equals the 31,102 verses in the Bible. 990 equals the sum of the center (467) and south (523) points of my 'Prime Cross'. The sum of the 26 prime numbers from the center of the 'Prime Cube' (467) to the last number within the 'Prime Cube' (941) equals the 19,478 days from Israel's rebirth on 5.14.1948 to 9.11.2001.
