The URL from KS Rajan about the ballerina dancing in Damascus despite Syria's descent into hell is a sad commentary (if you really think about it), on the state of this world right now. Dancers dancing for their sinking city? Holding out hope for a bright new world? That "bright new world," is not coming, not until the King comes, but before then, it is only more of the same, only worse - wars, wars, and more wars....the only REAL HOPE that this world has ever had came from a bloody cross at Calvary where the Son of God gave his life a ransom for many. The majority of the world mocks the cross and goes their own way - the other GATE that Jesus spoke of. The gate that the robber and thief climb into to try to get into heaven WITHOUT HIM. The same gate that Kali used and Mohammed used, that Buddha used, and Joseph Smith used. The same gate that Mao used, that Ghandi used, that Pope Paul II used, that Ellen G. White used, that Charles Taze Russell used, that Mary Baker Eddy used --- and millions and millions of others who decided that at the end of the day they wanted to be able to say, "I did it MY WAY!" -----instead of going the way of the lowly Galilean, the ONE who said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."  (John 14:6) And on and on and on it goes, the deceivers being deceived because they refused a love of the TRUTH, immersed in their own delusions and clothed with the filthy garments of their OWN self-righteousness! How tragic, how sad...
