Here, in the UK, we are being bombarded with UTTER RUBBISH re the looming referendum re remaining in the EU. I feel certain this is tactical - taking our attention away from the bedlam and inhuman massacre going on in the Middle East.  David Cameron promised us a referendum in 2017. This seems to have been fast tracked to now. Why? ALL the evidence pointing to the European Union ( "Union" - a misnomer if ever there was !!) being a ginormous failed experiment. A financial disaster - for the ordinary people. An utter car crash as a social experiment. We have Cameron waxing lyrical in favour of UK staying in - whilst threatening us with financial Armageddon and political isolation if we opt out. It's ridiculous. The UK public have not been informed of the real repercussions on an out vote. Nor of the advantages (REAL ones) of staying in the EU. The politicians (FOR and AGAINST) are like braying donkeys. In the meantime, the Middle East burns and the human tide of misery batters away at the doors of Europe. Despite all the evidence pointing to the EU being a total bloody mess - Merkel, Cameron, et al are desperate to keep it going. WHY?? It can't just be about money The world is in chaos. We are going home soon.
