 While I do believe Jesus spoke of the rapture, I believe Jesus is speaking of His 2nd coming, not the rapture of the Gentile Bride/Blood washed church in Matthew 24.
 
However He experienced 2 raptures Himself!! 

1) John 20:17  Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

We know that He returned and hung around for 40 days appearing to His disciples and different people here and there. Then He had a more public rapture. 

2) Acts 1:9-10  And when He had spoken these things, while they beheld, He was taken up; and a cloud received Him out of their sight.  And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as He went up,
