ARE THE "MIDDIES" GAINING ?

As we watch the rapid decline of America, I see and sense, a growing notion that
we are experiencing the 1st half of the "Trib".  This idea is derived by an up-tick in the number of Posts and Discussions noticed on the Web of late.  The "Middies"
are getting louder and more prevalent. I also noticed that these folks have a view
of GOD that emphasizes HIS harsh Judgement to include many more people of
The Christian Faith than I do. These folks seem to extoll their idea that this
Generation of Believers are going to have to face a great deal more persecution
than Generations of the past because of the apostasy that is so evident as we look
around our Nation today.  No one can deny this currant trend, however, there is also
an undeniable Strengthening of Faith of quite a few people because of the decline
that is underway and increasing.  These "Middies" all seem to me to come across
as what I used to call "Old Testament Fire and Brimstone" types.  GOD is a Wrathful
GOD and HE is going to SMITE EVERYONE who falls short of the 10 Commandments.  That's NOT the TYPE of GOD I know as the FATHER of my friend
and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.  Yes, I know HIM to be JUST, but HE IS ALSO
MERCIFUL.  These folks draw the "line" of HIS JUDGEMENT a lot higher than I do.
Oh, and none of these "middies" seem to be very HUMBLE in nature. They all seem
VERY PROUD of the degree of Faith they claim of themselves.  That in itself casts
a certain amount of doubt in my view.  They DO list certain seeming valid reasons
though, but always leave out just as valid contrary ones.  One BIGGIE for me has
always been the Jewish Wedding Model.  Seven Days, count 'em 7 !  Not 3&1/2 !
The JESUS I know and LOVE (and HE  has shown me how much HE LOVES me)
isn't going to "beat me up" before we see each other Face to Face.  I know this
with ALL my Heart and Soul (and Brain) !  JESUS LOVES HIS SHEEP !  The middies
DON'T ACT LIKE SHEEP !  They seem to think of themselves as Soldiers !  I know
because I'm one.  When JOHN was in Heaven and was shown the "LION" what did
he see?  A  LAMB !   Wha? Where's the Lion??  You're lookin at 'em !  When I took
up my "Cross" it was because I thought of myself as a "Lion" ( I was )  and HE
Turned me into a lamb!  Hardest thing I ever had to endure and still at it.  HE told me
this was the ONLY WAY HE COULD THEN USE ME TO HIS PURPOSE !  (a journey
that would fill a book)  So yes, I am definitely a PRE-TRIBBER !   No doubt in my
mind whatsoever !  (not everybody tho', just a few stay behind)  So Brothers and
Sisters, don't start questioning your Pre-Trib Faith because of this increase in the
"Middie" view.  Keep LOOKING FOR HIM TO SNATCH YOU AWAY, CUZ HE IS
GOING TO DO JUST THAT !     And Keep SEEKING HIS VOICE !
