ARE WE THAT CLOSE ?


         Ok, really, does it matter how"close" we are to the Rapture if we are NOT
           OBEYING HIM? The Rapture is only relevant to those who HEAR
HIS VOICE and OBEY what that VOICE tells you to do. What do we have
to do to "Hear HIS VOICE?  Pray constantly and sincerely for HIM to REVEAL HIMSELF to you. You "prove"your sincerity by REJECTING
the things of this World. Let me explain what is meant by "rejecting". We
live in this World and can't possibly "reject" everything there is. ( short of
becoming a hermit and live in a cave)  So how do we "reject"?   PRIORITIES ! !
We make an HONEST assessment of what we value and how much time
we devote to our interest in the things of this World.  For instance,  I was a
"collector" of a line of antiques and became quite competitive in acquiring
each new (to me) piece.  So much so, that the decision was to buy a rare
item or go on vacation. (Couldn't afford both)  now, I realize that is a bit
extreme for an example,  but that's how bad it got.  Talk about your mixed
up priorities!  But being an extremely competitive person and habituated
to that lifestyle, I viewed this as "normal behavior".  I was in DEEP !  The
GOOD NEWS is I dumped the entire collection after recommitting my
heart and soul to the LORD.  I had been a mixed up fool and I thank HIM
every day for Loving me enough to set me strait.  What about you? Got
something in your life you're pretty fond of? Get rid of it so you can be
fond of JESUS without being distracted by ANYTHING  other than HIM.
HE is the MAIN FOCUS of our lives now and if HE isn't (especially at this
late date) you're a mixed up fool too.  Don't be !  HE is waiting to talk with
you so HE can tell you when the train is leaving the station and you sure
don't want to miss it. Once HE SPEAKS to you, your life changes and your
value system becomes completely re-arranged. As do your relationships and
the way you process information....in essence you actually do become a NEW
PERSON. It is then that HE tells the Heavenly Scribes not to Erase your Name.
The "when" of the RAPTURE is not the important issue but rather the ASSURANCE
that WE WILL be going to be with the LORD IN THE AIR. Do you have an absolute
assurance that you are "Rapture Ready" ?  Has HE TOLD you that you are?
     Better find out now and be SURE.  YOU can be Sure if HE TELLS YOU !
           HE DOESN'T LIE !   Does HE ?  So we want to HEAR HIM SAY IT !
              What happens to the "sheep" that doesn't hear the SHEPHERD'S
                 VOICE say " COME UP " ? ?     Seek HIS VOICE !
