"A Few More Thoughts re The Rapture & Strong Delusion"
I realize the precedent in the Bible is Elijah and he was taken out of
sight. His spirit didn't come out of his body while his body remained
dead on the spot--he was just taken up in the chariot of fire. It's also
funny how in many tv shows, movies, and previews of what the rapture
might be like, people are taken but their clothes remain in a pile or
neatly laid out. What about jewelry, hats, watches, wallets, etc? Would
we be naked when raptured or will everything attached to us go too? My
best guess is that when the rapture happens, people will vanish with
clothes and everything on them. The Bible doesn't say whether or not
Elijah's clothes were left or whether Enoch's were as well. But because
strong delusion is mentioned, the scenario in the movie that shows
lifeless bodies everywhere could be a possibility.
